When you write to us, it helps to include your device model, your OS version, and the version of our app you're using. You can find the app version at the bottom of the Profile Settings screen in the app.

Frequently asked questions

The app won't open or crashes on launch.
Force quit the app and reopen it. If that doesn't help, restart your device, then make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.

How do I delete my account and my data?
Open Profile Settings inside the app and tap Delete Account. You can also email us at info@makd.io and we will delete your account and all associated data.

I found a bug or have a feature request.
Email us or report via the app. We read everything and it genuinely shapes what we build next.
